Has anybody heard anything about this problem? I have tested all options in House and believe something went wrong on one of these Windows upgrades because I do not believe it is a Carrier issue. Have I done something wrong and is it me?.Is there something that was forgotten on these newer versions?.

When looking at older versions of Windows 10 the Status of the device showedġ Gig instead of the 100 Mbps and the older version when tested had the expected 150Mbps quality of service. Then clicking on the Icon that showed the internet connect/Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller I saw when I went to view the (status of this Device) that I was stuck onġ00Mbps on both transmit and Receive and my Activity was minimal as well in actual bytes. When I checked my parameters in Windows 10Ĭontrol Panel=>Network and Internet=>Change adapter Settings I have tested my options and seemed to be constrained to about 95Mbps with all troubleshooting scenarios. I currently have Comcast and notice that my Internet speed did go up when I upgraded to 150Mbps with them. I am having a very similar problem with my HP computer. It is SmartByte lower ping factor that slows the speed of downloads.ĭo let me know if you require any further help on this. A base system would only offer a 320x180 Skype video call with 14% lost data packets, with SmartByte in place the system could support 960x540 video with zero lost packages and a 40-50% lower ping. SmartByte automatically detects when you're streaming video and gives that feed most of the available Internet connection It's functions are related to video streaming:
You can disable service SmartByte Network Service: SmartByte Network Service is not that critical service is in Windows 10. I am here to work with you on this problem. I am Ganesh Gandhi, an Independent Advisor, 18 years experienced windows guide.
